Just above Chuck's Little Diner, on the main street of Prairie City, is a totally renovated and fully furnished 1,000 square foot apartment, with a full view of the beautiful Strawberry Mountain range. This apartment is ideal for vacationing groups who enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, and all winter sports enthusiasts.
The apartment is decorated with a Western flair and sleeps up to 6 people (two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed). There is also a fold-down couch that can sleep 2 small children.
The apartment includes a full kitchen and attached dining room. The living room has a TV and a separate office area with desk at one end of the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a claw-foot tub with shower, and is connected to a separate laundry room. All linens and towels are provided.
The apartment is heated with quartz infrared heat in the winter and is air conditioned in the summer. Internet is provided along with Dish TV. There is one parking spot at the back of the apartment.

Communications: Cell Phone Service: Verizon covers the valley, Wireless Internet.
Suitability: Dogs allowed (There is a $10 a day charge per dog and clean up is required), Kid Friendly, No Smoking Allowed in the House.

$100/night for up to 3 persons, with a two night minimum. Base rates are based on 3 people. Add $30 per night/per person for additional people. There is discount for stays over 5 days. We are also required to charge a 9% room tax.
Note: The Solar Eclipse in 2017 (August 21st, at 10:25 a.m.) is already booked for this property.
Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the house. $300 fine if violated.
Pet Policy: No cats are allowed. Dogs are $10 per dog/per night extra.
Deposit: 20% of rental fee on booking. We require a 72 hour notice for a refund of deposit. Credit card number held as security deposit.
